1. Account & Login

If you already have an account on the Velvet Vibes app, you can log in with the same credentials — no need to register again. Otherwise, click “Register for Free”, fill in your details, verify your email, and you’re ready to begin your listening journey.
You can listen to sample stories available on the homepage without signing in. Full-length stories and personalized features require a registered account.
Please allow a few minutes for the verification email to arrive and check your spam or promotions folder. If you still haven’t received it, click “Resend Email” or write to us at stories@velvetrituals.com — our team will help you verify your account.
You can update your password anytime under the Profile → Update Password section in your account settings.
Yes. The Velvet Rituals ecosystem is designed for a seamless experience — your credentials work across both platforms.
You can deactivate or permanently delete your account in your Profile → User Details section. Deleting your account will remove your personal data and listening history as per our Privacy Policy.
Yes. You may choose a pseudonym as your display name. A valid email address is still required for login and account recovery, but it won’t be visible to others.
We’ll only contact you as described in our Privacy Policy — primarily for essential updates, verification, or content you’ve subscribed to. Marketing emails can be unsubscribed at any time using the link in each message.

2. Payments & Billing

We offer monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual plans. Longer plans come with greater value and exclusive discounts.
You can update your payment method anytime by visiting your Profile and clicking on "Update Payment Method." From there, you can securely add or modify your card details. All payments are processed through Stripe, our trusted payment partner. Your card information is encrypted and stored securely in compliance with the highest industry standards — we never have direct access to your payment details.
All payments for Velvet Stories are processed securely through Stripe, our trusted global payment gateway. Stripe supports major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) that are enabled for international transactions.Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers, ensuring a safe and seamless checkout experience.
Yes. All plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel beforehand.
Manage your membership anytime via Profile → Membership Area. You can cancel, pause, or modify your plan before the next renewal date.
We currently do not offer refunds for Velvet Stories subscriptions. Your plan remains active until the end of the paid period.
Your payment will appear under the discreet billing name "VELVET TECH" on your bank or card statement. This ensures your privacy while maintaining complete transparency in processing. All transactions are handled securely through Stripe, our trusted global payment gateway. You'll also receive a confirmation email from Velvet Stories after each successful payment.
Redeem your code in Profile → Membership Area. Enter the code and your subscription will update automatically.
Yes. You can change plans anytime. The new plan begins after your current billing period ends.

3. Technical Issues & Troubleshooting

Ensure a stable internet connection and correct device volume/media settings. Refresh the page or reopen the app. Clearing browser/app cache often resolves temporary issues.
Check your headphone/speaker connection and volume. Try another headset or restart the app. For best results, use high‑quality headphones.
Use the latest app version and keep your OS updated. Restart your phone, or reinstall the app to clear corrupted cache. If issues persist, email support@velvetrituals.com with your device model and OS version.
Confirm your email/password. Automatic logouts may occur due to security timeouts — simply sign in again. You can reset your password under Profile → Update Password.
Background apps or low memory can interrupt playback. Close other apps and restart Velvet Stories. If streaming via Bluetooth, ensure the connection remains active.
Clear temporary data in your browser settings or via your phone’s App Storage → Clear Cache. This can improve speed and fix playback issues.
Yes. Optimized for modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox) and most Android/iOS devices. For the best experience, use the latest version with a stable connection.

4. Devices & App Integration

Yes. Access stories directly through the Velvet Vibes app, which connects seamlessly with your device. If you’re listening on another device, scan the QR code shown with the story to sync your Velvet device.
Open the Velvet Vibes app and scan the story’s QR code to sync. You can also play and enjoy stories directly within Velvet Vibes — no extra setup required.
Yes. Every Velvet Story features a curated vibration pattern that aligns with the narration and mood for an immersive experience.
Yes — your device works offline for built‑in modes. To stream and sync Velvet Stories, you’ll need a stable internet connection.
Ensure Bluetooth is on and the device is within range, grant the app permissions, and update to the latest app/firmware. If issues persist, restart your phone and device or contact support@velvetrituals.com.
Not yet. Each story uses a signature pattern crafted by our team. We plan to allow custom patterns and in‑playback intensity control in the future.
No. Your listening and connection data remain private and protected under our Privacy Policy. Connection data is encrypted; no personal info is stored on the device.

Yes — our premium members can use the “Submit Your Fantasy” feature to suggest themes and narrator styles. Every submission is reviewed with care and discretion.
